LOTTERY TAX TAX

Under the present Salem Laws a local authority receives 15% of the prizes of lottery jackpot winners for allowing them to win in its administrative area.

For allowing the councils to win within the national administrative area we propose a 98% tax on the winning councils' windfalls.

New Salem Laws must ensure our winnings get paid before the winners' winnings reach the winning councils, or the winner.

All winnings will be safely held for distribution by the Central Government Gambling Fund at the Ministry of Luck.
